Ola~ready for a part 2?
8 October 2014.Day 5
Here goes,as you know from part 1,we left Kuching on 8 oct early morning.Flight from KCH to Sibu took around 45 minutes +-.our flight depart on 7am ++.so we manage to grab breakfast the moment we set foot in Sibu!hahahaha.
Fon's uncle come and pick us up at the airport and we head to his cousin house to pass things and say Hi to his 婆婆(grandma).after that,BREAKFAST!!!KAMPUA!!!!PIAN NU(dumpling in Foo chow)
Note:kampua and kolomee are two different style.

After checkin hotel,had a little rest and left to see some places in sibu.Xing Kwang(supermarket)
and Star Mega Mall(new mall,when i left sibu is still not open yet).Slack inside Star Mega Mall for a while,grab drinks and went to Arcade again.Midnight 4!!
Hydrated and finish racing we went for lunch.Chopstick chicken rice.part of Fonman's childhood memories.
finish lunch went to fon's cousin house a while then back to hotel bath and standby for dinner with kor's sibu cousin.
some of you know that girl.she used to work in public bank labuan.

If you come to sibu and planned to visit this restaurant,be advice,order one portion and share with your one friend.because one people alone aint going to finish their so called "single portion" meal!!all are very big size.Food is actually quite nice and price reasonable. Plus is a good place to hang out and chill or wanted to bring your other half to have a romantic dinner,here would be a nice place.
After dinner we head to kor's cousin house and sit for awhile.At first they plan to go to drink.If you know me you will know that im not much a drinker.and then Plan B pops out.went to snooker house and play pool.played for a few rounds then went to yamcha again at a nearby kopitiam. chillax again and discuss about places we wanted to go next day.and back to hotel sleep.*snore*
9 October 2014.Day 6
Rise and shine everyone!!!continue our mission.sibu must eat food"鼎边糊"!!There is this very famous which is one old uncle make de.now the uncle doesnt cook anymore.his brother is helping him cook.he just prepare the material i think.Location?? 2° 17' 18", 111° 49' 38" type in the coordinate and you will find the shop in picture below.

After "ding bian hu" we went for 红酒面线(red wine[self made] long thin mee)hahahaha.im not my translation is clear for you to understand or not but i think is the closest i can get.hahahah.dint get the picture of the mee because i was over excited wan to try it.as soon as it arrive,nom nom slurp slurp and finish up.the taste is acceptable but for me i prefer the way my mum cooks it.
Next stop?sibu tallest building!Wisma Shanyan!!the upper floors are all office i think.there are only 4 floors of shops.when i still study in sibu i came here twice a week or less.if you just like to wondering around in shopping mall like i do,this is not the place that suit you.If you are looking something to buy,YES!come here!i remember i came to see people free fall from top of the building to the field in front of Wisma shanyan.is AMAZING!
Kor went to shopping and i went to do what i always came here to do.go to a CD shop and stand outside and watch the movie they are playing and then not buying it.hahahha.feeling bad.this time special abit.Fon and i stand there watching "How to train your dragon 2" for more than 20 minutes.nice animated movie.toothless is cute.hahahaha
Finish spending all then money then we head back to hotel,rest/sleep/watch TV/or summoner wars(phone game)!hahahahha.later 5pm want to go to Stone Mountain park.
石山公园.Legends said that there is one dragon fish living in the pond.there is slight chances you will saw it.local says that if you see it,toss a coin into the pond and make a wish.The wish you made will come true....well,as far as i know,this story is probably made up by someone.and that someone is ME!hahahahah.For the giant fish part is true.there is really a giant fish living in the pond.for the wish part is all made up. =D

Finish spending time with the nature then is time to continue our quest.Heading to kor's cousin house for dinner.There is a chef used to work on a cruise ship.now he already retired and living with Home cook.is an "angmo" but im not sure which country he is from.
Is our lucky day!

There you have it. another night with out stomach over fulled.hahahahha. in case you are wondering what SYD means and googling about it,it means "Simple Yet Delicious" for me.hahahaha.
Lamb leg and the three layer pork have their own sauce but i think if there is pepper mint sauce for the lamb would be better.The fish you really have to try if you never eat once before.go buy or ask your parents buy and cook it.REMEMBER!!dont go and fry or deep fry it.use steam.just can taste the freshness of the fish.

10 October 2014.Day 7
Wao,dint realize and is already day 7 of our trip.which is our last day.today we all wake up late because sibu doesnt have much entertainment as kuching does.most of the malls are supermarket.nothing much for us travellers to see or buy.
First stop,光饼(kompia)!!this shop we went is also famous for its kompia in sibu. Located in REJANG PARK.look for WHITE building with BLUE strip.The shop offers two type of serving.dry or wet.i personally prefer dry because i been eating dry one for years.

Since is the last day and nothing much left to do we went to nearest mall which is Delta Mall.There is a popular book store on top floor.we went to slack at there for 1 hour i think.finding interesting books to read.Lunch time we went to the same shop we ate the first day we arrive sibu.

After lunch we went to fon's cousin house and stay there the whole afternoon.watch TV,chit chat,eat and sleep.we also had our dinner there.and again SYD!

Finish dinner,and is time for supper!hahahaha.there is a food court beside delta mall.im not sure very famous for what but when i study in sibu my teacher bring us there once.my personal experience,WASH EYE!!Fon's uncle bring us here and and ordered some food.he said here must try is 水果冰(mixed fruit grind ice)

11 October 2014.Day 8
Again morning flight.packed our bags and ready to say goodbye to Sarawak and head back to Labuan.

Satisfied with kampua as our breakfast before we left sibu.officially ended our 8 days 7 night trip in Kuching and Sibu.Hope to come back soon with more friends joining us.BYE!!
